MLD is a specialized, light-touch therapy designed to support the body’s lymphatic system, a critical part of your immune and circulatory systems. Using precise, rhythmic movements, this technique encourages natural drainage of lymph fluid, helping to reduce swelling, promote detoxification, and improve circulation.
Ashi Sports Massage Therapy, also known as barefoot massage therapy is a unique and effective therapeutic deep tissue massage technique that combines traditional Japanese Shiatsu principles with modern sports massage therapy. This approach is designed to enhance muscle recovery, improve flexibility, and prevent injuries, making it particularly beneficial for athletes and active individuals.
Ashi Sports Massage Therapy uses the therapist’s feet (the word "Ashi" means "foot" in Japanese) to apply deep, targeted pressure along the body’s muscle groups, fascia, and connective tissues. The practitioner uses their body weight to deliver firm, precise pressure, focusing on key tension, stiffness, or injury areas. This technique helps release deep muscle tension and improves circulation, which accelerates the body’s natural healing process and reduces recovery time from intense workouts.
WHAT TO WEAR: comfortable loose clothing. Shorts or sweat pants.

Functional Neuro-Fascial Corrective Therapy™ is a specialized form of manual therapy that focuses on specific areas of the body to address targeted health conditions and movement dysfunctions. Unlike full-body massage, this therapy concentrates on particular muscle groups, joints, fascia, and areas of discomfort, using a combination of neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, corrective stretching, joint mobilization, muscle activation, and guided movement assessment to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve functional movement.
This therapy evaluates the body as a whole to identify imbalances, compensatory patterns, and restricted movement, allowing for targeted correction that supports proper muscle and joint function. The goal is to address the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms, helping the body move more efficiently and reducing the risk of recurring pain or injury.
Assessment is done prior to session to determine the
proper treatment, to be tailored for specific medical conditions such as chronic or acute muscular dysfunction.
90 min. Is recommended for this session
Clients remain fully clothed during the session. Each session is personalized, combining hands-on corrective techniques with guided movements to restore balance, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. This approach is ideal for individuals dealing with chronic pain, sports injuries, musculoskeletal issues, or movement limitations.

Power stretching is an intense myofascial release technique designed to target deep muscle tension, and fascial restrictions, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. It's perfect for those who want the benefits of deep tissue therapy with the added power of fascia release. In this session, the therapist anchors the tissue with the foot while the client performs specific motions. Creating a body-wide tensile framework that quickly restores connective tissue to a healthy state. This approach provides immediate, profound results, offering pain relief, improved range of motion, better circulation, and enhanced nerve function.
The client actively participates in the session, with results often felt instantly and lasting longer.
